• 1 tsp of baking soda
• 1 medium zucchini (pit and cut into chunks)

• 4 eggs
• 12 pitted dates
• 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
• 1 tsp of cinnamon
• ½ cup of coconut flour

• 4 ezekiel or grainless brown rice tortillas
