Directions:
1. Blend dates and coconut oil in food processor until smooth.
2. Add maple syrup and coconut milk. Once finished, put it into an air tight food storage container.
3. Blend mixture of banana, coconut milk, syrup, and cinnamon in blender until smooth and in very thick texture.
4. Serve the banana base in a bowl with spoonful of date caramel.
5. Top the healthy breakfast for work with sliced apple, cinnamon, and granola.
